Summary With the development of information technology,the level of informatization of primary and secondary schools has been significantly improved,and a large number of digital educational resources platforms have been built to provide support for school education and teaching activities.Due to the decentralization of digital basic education resource platform construction,the heterogeneity of technical design,the diversification of data types and the difference of data contents,teachers and students are busy with various kinds of network environments and frequently between various platforms "Shuttle",using multiple accounts,landing multiple systems,in the process of retrieval,access,one cannot obtain the best user experience with the available resources.Hence affecting teachers' instructions and students' learning,leading to low utilization of quality resources,low efficiency.The research takes Beijing's education industry as an example,and focuses on effectively solving the practical problems of poor supply and application of digital education resources.According to the digital basic education resources involved in the field of basic education,we use the methods of investigation and research,requirement analysis,metadata model design,system design and practice verification.Based on the digital basic education resource metadata system,Web Service integration service,multi-heterogeneous database Storage model and other technologies,Has completed the analysis of business process sharing service system,Overall design of shared platform,Three layer metadata structure design,Digital resource collection and aggregation,Implementation and verification of platform technology and another works.from the metadata specification,supplement,description,to digital resource clustering,integration,cataloging,retrieval and service interface technology implementation,focusing on the practice of quality digital basic education resources in the process of network sharing.To establish a set of relatively complete digital education resources integration and bring together engineering methodology to provide the best solution for primary and secondary school teachers in the application of resources to maximize the efficiency of teachers and promote the level of teaching.
