Design And Realization Of Ordos Special Equipment Public Information Platform

The number of special equipment in Ordos City is increasing rapidly,but the corresponding security inspectors did not increase and product testing technician also have limited growth due to compiling reasons.The direct contradiction is obvious between the increasing number of equipment and the shortage of personnel.This puts a lot of pressure on safety supervision and inspection.Through the inspection service information platform based on big data,the effective supervision of the special equipment common information platform is achieved in Ordos City.This paper describes the design and implementation of the public information platform for special equipment from the perspective of technical implementation and the informatization level of special equipment management has been improved in Ordos City.The supervisor and inspector can synchronize the monitoring and inspection information at the PC end or the mobile end,and also can realize the interconnection and sharing of monitoring information and inspection information through the cloud platform.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the inspection and detection system for special equipment safety supervision and equipment system.Consequently,the main work of this paper is as follows:First of all,through the general analysis of the public information platform of special equipment in Ordos City,we complete the overall demand analysis of the system including principle of project design,platform overall architecture,general framework,detailed technology,data interface and network architecture and so on.Secondly,we design the public information platform in details for the special equipment in Ordos City.The design mainly includes five parts,that is,large data cloud center,security monitoring platform,inspection and detection platform,and mobile inspection APP.The concrete technical realization of the platform is expounded.This part includes the construction of a large data cloud center to achieve data interconnection between security supervision and detection platforms.This section mainly descripes the system function of the inspection platform and the concrete realization process of the background database.Finally,we test and run the system,and then debug and modify the public information platform system for special equipment.Big data cloud center plays the role of information sharing and interconnection in this platform,but the function is hard to show in detail.So that we display the user interface and illustrate the specific functions achieved.For the system problems found in our test,the corresponding function and database optimization strategy are formulated.
