In order to complement the advantages of cabled data communication technology and improve the wireless interconnection capability of industrial control module groups,research on short-range wireless transparent transmission technology has become a key hot issue.The purpose of this paper is to deeply discuss the implementation method and application value of wireless transparent transmission technology,select appropriate wireless communication means to make up for the shortcomings of existing equipment,and develop the corresponding prototype to verify the correctness of the technical research of this paper.This paper analyzes the design deficiencies and functional defects of some existing wireless transparent transmission equipment,and draws up the technical indicators that need to be realized in this topic.This paper first introduces the principle of transparent transmission,compares and analyzes the technical characteristics of various wireless communication methods,and clarifies the importance of wireless transparent transmission technology for modern industrial systems.Finally,combined with the actual background requirements,UWB technology and 5 GHz band Wi-Fi technology based on IEEE 802.11 a protocol were selected for short-distance wireless data transparent transmission research.This paper research starts from two aspects of hardware design and software design,completes the overall scheme design,and determines the research ideas from the principle study of wireless transparent transmission technology to the experimental verification of the wireless transparent transmission principle prototype combined with the project requirements.In the hardware design,this paper applies UWB technology and 5GHz frequency band Wi-Fi technology to design the overall hardware frame structure of the wireless transparent transmission module group prototype,completes the main controller circuit design,communication interface circuit design,power module circuit design,The wireless RF module circuit design and microstrip antenna design fully apply the advantages of the above two wireless communication methods to the development of wireless transparent transmission technology.In the software design,this paper completes the overall firmware design based on the FPGA main controller,and introduces the interface logic program and data wireless transparent transmission control program design in detail.Finally,through the software and hardware collaborative design method,the demonstration development of wireless transparent transmission technology was completed.In order to verify the correctness of the design of this paper,combined with the project background,the actual test data aggregation node was used to build a test verification platform,and the test content was determined by relevant technical indicators.System debugging of the wireless transparent transmission module group prototype was carried out,and several functions and performance indicators were tested.The test results show that the wireless transparent transmission module group designed by this project can meet the requirements of various technical indicators.The application feasibility of UWB technology and Wi-Fi technology in 5GHz frequency band in wireless transparent transmission is verified,which lays a foundation for subsequent research and provides technical ideas.
