Since the MIIT issued the fixed networks business license to China Mobile in 2013,it has spended huge sums of money to increase the construction of fixed network infrastructure so that quickly seizes the market.In the past few years,the group private lines networks are growing rapidly.Although China Mobile continues to invest many resources,the development of private lines business is also facing many bottlenecks,especially the second routing protection,due to the limited resources.There are not enough pipelines or optical cables to provide a route protection for some important customers.In this case,once the wired links are interrupted,it isn't able to provide a business protection for the private lines.The research content of this paper is to make use of the high speed and wide coverage characteristics of 4G networks,to provide the second routing protection for resource-constrained group private lines by wireless.At the same time,it is also possible to provide a third routing protection if the customer has a routing protection already.It will continue to rely on 4G networks to transmit packets when the wired links is completely interrupted.This research scheme adopted a VXLAN transmission technology,realized the layer 2 private lines datas trasmit in the layer 3 networks.Using the hot-standby technology to achieve wired and wireless fusion access,and automatic take turns.Finally,the 4G APN private networks technology has solved the problem of data security.The results of the study will use to private lines protection.When the wired links transmission are normal,the datas transmit through the wired networks,then the wireless networks are in standby state.When the wired links are interruptted,it will turn to the 4G wireless networks automatically,and monitoring the recovery of wired links independently.After the wired links are back to normal,it is also will be able to take wireless networks turn to the wired links automaticlly,and the wireless links state is in standby.In this study,the delay of wireless protection scheme will be controlled within 120 ms.The time of automatic turns between wired and wireless links will be maintained in 5 seconds,and the peak value of transmission rate can reach 6 Mbps,then the packet loss rate is guaranteed to be within 0.2 %.The research results can be applied to group customers who protect routing transmission rate within 6 Mbps,and group customers with urgent link protection need.
