With the rise of the "Internet +" slogan,Internet technology has developed with each passing day and gradually merged and promoted the development of the physician training industry.At the same time,the state has continuously implemented the system of medical reform,and the trial implementation of standardized residency training from 2014 onwards,As more and more hospitals are incorporated into standardized training bases for residents,all hospitals and enterprises in training bases throughout the country are also exploring and practicing the standardization and institutionalization of hospital education.In the past,physician training management and training methods required a lot of manpower,such as organizing students to conduct PBL lectures;theoretical assessments need to print test papers,marking papers,sorting results;routine training data collection and collection.These tasks require a lot of work,and it is easy to make mistakes that are not conducive to statistics and analysis.Over time,some of the information is easily lost,and searching and inquiring are very laborious and inefficient.The hospital is faced with the management of medical students' training process,as well as clinical skills and theoretical assessment management,quality assessment,etc.The workload is huge and the process is complex and trivial.This topic aims to develop a physician training platform.This paper analyzes the demand for physician training platform and technical feasibility,using java language development,B / S mode,the front desk using Bootstrap,FreeMarker,HTML5,JavaScript,JQuery and CSS3,SpringMVC implementation,the database chose MySQL5.7,background service Using Spring4,Mybatis3,Redis3.In addition,the platform uses ZooKeeper + Dubbo to do distributed technology architecture to facilitate future business expansion and performance improvement.The platform is divided into four modules,namely the standardized training management module,online theory assessment module,OSCE(Objective Structure Clinical Examination)clinical skills assessment module and statistical analysis module.Standardized training module mainly to help hospital management from the recruits come in accordance with national norms for learning and trai ning,including rotation scheduling,training manual registration,daily attendance,classroom appointment,evaluation and other services;online theory assessment module is mainly responsible for the management of medical students Including management of test bank,examination paper management,test management and practice management.The OSCE clinical skills assessment module is mainly responsible for the management of medical students clinical skills assessment,including case management,examiner management,SP(Standardized Patients)management,Test station management,test management,voice announcements,etc.;statistical analysis module is mainly responsible for statistics online theory test scores,OSCE clinical skills test scores,personnel information,attendance information,etc.,the platform through the above four modules to achieve medical students in the hospital's full-process information Management has reduced a lot of tedious work,improved management efficiency,and monitored the quality of the training process,which has facilitated the hospital's development of standardized training for residents and trained more homogenized medical personnel.
