In recent years,China's leapfrog development is obvious to all,and the process of urbanization is constantly accelerating.The urban floating population is on the rise,especially in the development of first-and second-tier cities.Every year,millions of people migrate,and the increase in population mobility has directly stimulated the emergence and development of housing rental services.At the same time,with the maturity of technologies such as the Internet,everyone's life is full of informatization.Informatization has injected fresh vitality into the development of society,and the housing rental industry has gradually come into everyone's field of vision based on the Internet.This article is based on the Internet-based housing rental system that directly facilitates the connection between landlords and tenants.The house rental system is a front-end client and back-end management system.This system is implemented using mainstream front-end and back-end separation technologies.The front-end adopts React.js for component development.The back-end adopts the Dubbo distributed architecture framework.It manages and schedules service producers and service consumers through Zookeeper distributed coordination services.In specific implementation,the system adopts the three frameworks of Spring Boot +Spring MVC + Mybatis for development.In data storage,four different data storage methods such as Mysql,Redis,Mongo DB,and Elasti Search are used to deal with different application scenarios.All projects in the system are built based on Maven,and the project is unified and standardized management.In order to improve system performance,Rocket MQ message queue and Alibaba Cloud OSS storage service are applied;in order to prevent concurrent requests,a cluster method is used to share user requests;in order to facilitate service node deployment and cluster expansion,Docker container technology is introduced.Finally,a house rental system based on Dubbo architecture was implemented.After the system development was completed,the system was tested.The main content of the paper includes the following aspects:(1)The key technical methods such as the architecture service framework,database,and middleware to be used by the system are introduced to provide technical support for the implementation of the system.(2)Feasibility analysis,functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis of the system.(3)Based on the analysis,the overall architecture design,picture storage design,system function design,and database design were performed.(4)The main functions of the system are realized,including front-end client and back-end management system.The renderings are provided.(5)Tested the function of the system,showing that the main function of the system has reached the expected effect.The Dubbo-based housing rental system can not only solve the renting needs of some renting groups,but also provide a dissemination channel for some landlords.It will greatly save users' time and energy,and it is also practical for small and medium enterprises.
