The Design And Implementation Of Medical Residency Training Management System Flor Binzhou Medical School Affiliated Hospital

With the development of information technology deeply improving and paperless office promoting. Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College resident training management showing low efficiency of traditional management, backward management mode, unsynchronized of collaborative management in training department, and many problems and confusion appeared in document and certificate files archive management. And although the computer assistant resident training management works have equipped for some departments, because the training contents and areas are different among various departments, the involved scopes are also different, that’s cause the computer and a part of software application in departments are independent of each other, this can solve the problem of file management in a certain extent, but the coordination management problem still not be resolved. Because of lag in management mode, that usually leads to confused training arrangement, the happening of status for the dates of document certification permanent loss. In view of status for training management of resident for affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College, that’s need to design and implement a perfect unity system of Training Management of Resident to mange resident training of affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College.This paper describes the system requirements to obtain and needs analysis, UML modeling tools to complete the static modeling and dynamic modeling of the system. Technically based on B/S architecture using MVC (Model-View-Controller) design pattern, using SQL SERVER2005database system design and implementation.The system realize five function modules design of the personnel management, organization management, training and examination management, student credit management and news management in training management system of resident for affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College. In the early development of the system, staff to widely solicit the actual working situation of physician training management person who work in front line hospital, has carried on the detailed design to the system. Implement of the humanized management and functional design for the user who has login to the system, to maintain and manage system user’s information. To realize visual management of work flow for residency training of affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College, to facilitate the effective training management. The test results show that the system basically meet the needs in residency training management of affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College. The system has realized the unified management for physicians who participate in the training and the staff who works in hospital and involved in hospital management. Realize the institution management which participates in the training, to standardize management of training process, visual management, to manage the training data that generate in the process of training, such as student credit management function. Greatly improve the work efficiency and work safety of doctor training management and reduce operating costs in affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College.
