Design And Implementation Of Coronary Heart Disease(CHD) Physician Training System Based On B/S Technology

This purpose of this project is to develop one training system on the basis of the typical,real clinical cases for the physician of coronary heart disease(CHD).This system can simulate the disease diagnosis and treatment process in clinical practice by computer technology.The physicians could be trained to be familiar with the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease,predisposing factors,clinical feature,diagnosis basis,the principles of diagnosis and treatment and then consolidate again and again.At the same time,they will find the clues to get the right diagnosis and treatment finally with history collection,physical examination,assistant examination,laboratory diagnosis,and a series of diagnosis and treatment process,so as to improve the clinical thinking ability and the medical diagnostic accuracy.To achieve the design function of the system,Web technology such as HTML,JavaScript,CSS,JSON,jQuery,Struts2,Java,XML is applied.So three technical problems will be solved:1)based on the design and implementation of HTML,CSS layout,it is mainly used for various cases of the different presentation of information,as well as to the browser-based style the design of the system of personalized,friendly interface.The composition of the data is varied in the real cases.Therefor the system page need to be friendly displayed and interacted in the different data types.When the page of the system is designed and implemented,the problem of the system is designed and implemented,the problem of compatibility between different browsers should be taken into consideration.2)The client and server communication interaction which involves the HTTP network communication protocol technology is implemented in the data transfer of the system.Due to the diversity of data cases,including forms,text,images,etc.,to ensure the efficiency of different types of data transmission and the correctness of the display mode.3)The design and implementation of the history data storage ways.Design the data conversion technology between the XML data format and the relational database.If the case model is XML data format,but in order to guarantee the efficiency of data query,the data should be stored in the Oracle database to ensure the correct conversion between semi-structured data and structured data in the most cases.The design and implementation of the physician training system for coronary heart disease is divided into five stages,each stage of the specific work as follows:1)According to the most important cases in the learning module of the system,the system could analysis and define a series of activities in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease firstly such as simulating,collecting the common problems in the process of coronary heart disease diagnosis and treatment which is in accordance with the previous medical history and with history of present illness.The user can choose problems under the corresponding categories,then the system feedback answer as the doctor ask the patient about his illness in clinical diagnosis and treatment.2)To implement the system by using layer 3 BS architecture design.The first layer is responsible for interact interface layer with the user,and the browser presents the user interface,including case selection,case study and so on like human-computer interaction page.The second is mainly the business logic layer which is responsible for application logic processing and various data analysis.The Tomcat server is for the data transfer and read.The third layer is responsible for the store and manage of data file and data access by using the Oracle database,including the case data,user information data and user operation records,etc.3)To analyze user roles,coronary heart disease diagnosis and treatment process,divide the system function module and design concept data model in the requirements analysis phase.4)In the stage of designing system scheme,B/S architecture is adopted.Such as jQuery,JSP technology are used to design Web interface in the first layer.The Struts2 framework is adopted to realize the business logic of the system function in the second layer.And the JDCB technology is to realize read and write for the third layer of the database.5)In the system of designing test cases,all functional tests have passed.Coronary hear disease(CHD)physician training software can assist clinicians to complete the work of clinical diagnosis and treatment smoothly,so as to improve the standardization and the accuracy of medical treatments.This training software is in the trial operation and the result is good.
