Design And Implementation Of The Mall Management System

With the steady development of the economy and Internet of China,mobile Internet has become one of the characteristics of the new era.The previous problems such as backward management system,extensive membership management as well as the outdated marketing methods all restrict the further development of shopping malls.This thesis is based on the project of my internship company,which is mainly about the re-construction of the management system of a shopping mall in Beijing,in which five modules are included:member management,marketing management,data reporting,application management and shopping malls.It is a management system based on the information of shopping malls,which can provide service for managers,merchants and consumers,so as to realizing the integrated management and development of member resources,the unified planning and management of shopping malls,as well as the statistical analysis of the operation data.This new system also allows consumers to search for the membership and shopping information,connect to WIFI through WeChat,which really help to greatly improve the consumer shopping experience and management efficiency,strengthen the competitive advantage of shopping malls,which actually are all in line with the needs of the development of shopping malls.This new system uses the distributed service framework Dubbo for service management,and also make use of SpringMVC+Mybatis framework for system implementation,meanwhile MySQL is also used for data storage.This paper firstly introduces the development background of the system,and explains for some problems in the construction and implementation period of the mall management system.The related technologies used in the system are also listed.Finally,the requirements analysis,outline design,detailed design and implementation of the system are introduced in detail.During my internship,I was mainly involved in the requirements analysis,design,development,testing,etc.:(1)A large number of research and analysis such as field investigation and data or literature references searching were made in the early stage to understand the industry background and work flow,so that problem analysis and proper solutions of the existing system was carried out.(2)Participate in the system requirement analysis.Careful analysis and discussion was made on the functions and business features of the management system of the shopping mall.Specific analysis of the work flow was carried out.Document writing combined with the requirements was completed.(3)Participate in the design of system architecture and function.A reasonable software architecture was proposed to optimize the possible problems,the functional modules were designed,and the database was well designed.(4)Responsible for the realization of the system functional modules.I participated in and complete the membership management,marketing management,shopping mall configuration,application management,as well as the realization of some specific functions in the data reporting module.(5)Participated in and completed the design of test cases,and tested the function modules.(6)Did the daily maintenance work after the system is running online.This system runs well with excellent usability,stability and security,which has changed the management mode of shopping malls,and achieved the expected goals while still leaving some aspects to be improved in my later daily work.
