The complexity of predictive maintenance about enterprise assets always is one cursing and have-to-facing problem for the companies who are in asset intensive industry like manufacturing,transportation and energy.The traditional way to maintain assets is using large scale maintenance,which is inflexible way.When maintenance happens,the enterprises must stop their business.Moreover,lots of assets in healthy also be maintained.On one hand,it decreases performance of enterprises;on another hand it increases costs of maintenance.With the development of technology about Internet of Things,it makes possible to build an efficient system of predictive maintenance for enterprise assets.Since lots of enterprises already deployed SAP ECC system for management,the predictive maintenance system not only solves maintenance issue,it should have good integration with SAP system,that makes enterprises could control the whole lifecyle in maintenance progress.In order to resolve issues from enterprise assets maintenance,in this paper,it will provide one predictive maintenance analysis system for enterprise assets based on SAP HANA database and SAP HANA XSA application and service platform.This system should support unified dimensions of assets' information,display all dimensions of assets,predictive analysis assets' information and easy to integration of SAP system.This system used to help enterprises decrease costs of assets maintenance,increase revenue.The main researches as follows:(1)The design of architecture for predictive maintenance analysis system for enterprise assets based on HANA.In order to resolve all the requirements,by analyzing of customer needs and the shortage of product line,this paper designs and implements the architecture for predictive maintenance analysis system for enterprise assets based on HANA.The logical architecture of the system is divided into four layers: UI layer,application layer and persistence layer,and designed to use micro-services pattern(2)The design and implementation of predictive maintenance analysis system for enterprise assets based on HANA.The paper proposes the design and implementation of predictive maintenance system split into below parts.Firstly,base on companies in different areas focus on different dimensions in assets.The paper provides one assets' information data module which could abstract all information from assets and be commonly used.Secondly,as mentioned by customers,for building an efficient maintenance plan,they want to check dimensional information of assets.This paper designs and implements a dimensional display module for enterprise assets.Finally,one predictive and analysis module should be designed and implemented.It could predict assets' health by analyzing assets' running information,help enterprise define maintenance plan flexible.(3)The design and implementation of integration module with other SAP system.This module focuses on integration with other SAP ECC systems.After user create maintenance orders in predictive maintenance analysis system,these orders could be passed to SAP ECC system by SAP Gateway,and help companies mange maintenance lifecycle.(4)Proof of concept about predictive maintenance analysis system for enterprise assets based on HANA.This paper describes deployment and implementation of one proof of concept project based on proper customer.It proved that the predictive maintenance analysis system has good application value in the field of the company which already deployed SAP environment.
