With the needs of changing manufacturing in IIoT,a flexible scenario intelligent production system model is created,allowing real-time self-optimization.Nowadays,the scale of industrial manufacturing system is increasing,the complexity is higher and higher and the diversification of manufacturing demand,IIoT used to balance enterprise production costs and user satisfaction,which has been widely studied at home and abroad.This thesis considers adaptively making intelligent decisions in a dynamic environment to better deploy various services and reduce product time.Then this thesis considers the predictive maintenance of resources to use resources efficiently and reduce the waste.This thesis studies cognitive service adaptation problem as the research object.The main contributions are as follows:(1)A cognitive service adaptive framework of scenario intelligence in IIoT is proposed and the service network model is established.In this model,the economic cost target and service quality assessment target are considered.This model meets the needs of economy and reliability.(2)A service adaptive method of optimal scheduling in IIoT is proposed.Based on the service network model,the method considers the related constraints,the path optimal selection strategy,the domain search strategy and the dual pheromone update strategy are used to improve the multi-objective ACO to adaptively solve the model,providing optimal solutions for intelligent process service adaptation.(3)A service adaptive method of predictive maintenance in IIoT is proposed.This method is a further research and formulates the relevant parameter constraints.The elite retention strategy and dynamic mutation rate strategy are used to improve the GA to optimize the neural network algorithm,which algorithm improves the prediction accuracy under the premise of avoiding premature maturity and falling into the local optimum,providing optimal solutions for prediction resource service adaptation.(4)A service adaptive management system for an industrial manufacturing enterprise is realized.Based on the research of framework description,model establishment and algorithm design,an adaptive management system based on scenario intelligence is constructed.The development of the system is completed and some research results of the thesis are verified.
