Study On Intelligent Management Of Library In Changsha College

As the core place of knowledge,culture and information output in colleges and universities,university libraries play an important role in higher education.In the past,library resources were mainly based on book resources.With the continuous enrichment of library resources,the upgrading of library resources and the introduction of a large number of digital resources,Traditional library management is difficult to cope with.At present,the upgrading and transformation of the library management model is an inevitable requirement for its sustainable development,and it is also needed by the times.However,China has not yet built a real intelligent library,and the construction of intelligent libraries is still in the exploration stage.This paper takes the intelligent management of the library of Changsha College as the topic,and discusses it from three parts.The details are as follows: first,the system explores the existing management mode of the university library,and deeply analyzes the benefits brought to teachers and students by the digital upgrade of the university library,as well as the difficulties encountered in the management upgrade process.There are lessons here.Secondly,starting from the history and current situation of the Changsha College Library,and systematically analyzing the core causes of this situation,it is clear that the Changsha College Library has shortcomings in management and team building.Third,we in a macro perspective of the current situation of the current library management both at home and abroad as well as theimplementation of the intelligent management model,combining the successful experience of both at home and abroad and the reasons of the lagging of Changsha College library management throughout the years,finally from the reader to intelligent management and service,as well as the Angle of human management of intelligent upgrade puts forward a new scheme for Changsha College library management,provide the important reference basis for optimization of intelligent library construction.The development of this research will provide an important reference template for the library management upgrade of the same type of colleges in China,which will provide a reference for the library management to become intelligent and promote the development of higher education.
