Land is the central problem in the economic and social development of our country.Land law enforcement is still a problem. For example, abusing power to makes it difficult to enforce the law;the technology is backward, the data is inaccurate;the process of land acquisition is not standardized and the human interference is serious;measurement accuracy is not high and the area of the data is not accurate.Aiming at the problems existing in the daily work of law enforcement and supervision of natural resources,a mobile, flexible and intuitive video system for law enforcement and supervision of land and resources management departments is constructed based on the platform of geospatial information sharing and exchange platform. The system is composed of four parts: monitoring platform software, monitoring point, monitoring command center and transmission network.Video monitoring platform software is the only platform that needs to be developed in the system.Web servers and switches are deployed in the computer rooms of municipal and county bureaus, cameras and other hardware devices are deployed at monitoring points, network structures are built, and the municipal and county command centers are connected to the special land and resources network.Video surveillance platform combines information technology such as GPS,GIS,GPRS and database technology to carry out highly integrated application, and uses GIS platform, uses J2 EE architecture to design and develop system background, and uses Flex and RIA rich interconnection technology to develop client.Through the practical test and application of the system, the functions of electronic map operation, video control, video inspection and timely detection and punishment of illegal cases can be realized.Figure32;Table8;Reference 41...
