For emergency relief, the existing communications system has obvious deficiencies. If it is necessary that real-time information are quickly accessed and communication services are, provided in the post-disaster areas, a new emergency communication system which is able to adapt to a large efficient disaster must be created. Therefore, an emergency broadband communication system which can provide communications support and emergency dispatching is essential.Overall system architecture is divided into three parts, emergency on-site network, public network and command center network. And command center network is also divided into three parts, database, distribution centers, command center work group.This article completes the design of windows client and the server in private network based on the MFC framework, network structure and system requirements. The UI of EM Client is a location map with features of locating, dragging and zoom. Under the surface, modules such as voice communications, video communications, file transfer and instant messaging were developed and integrated. In addition, the internal communication protocol was also designed while the EM Clients need register and communicate with database and distribution centers. |
