Due to the huge differences in materials,applicable models,process parameters and performance requirements of mainstream 3D printing processes such as SLA,SLM,LOM,3DP,SLS,FDM,etc.,there is currently no unified process data for 3D printing.And management platform.In response to this problem,a service-oriented architecture is used to research and develop a process parameter database service system that supports multiple 3D printing processes,providing uniform and complete printing parameters,test results,and equipment,processes,models,and materials used in printing.Persistent storage,management,and application methods,and the development of a parameter matching system for storing and applying empirical formulas in 3D printing.In order to reduce the difficulty of integrating the process parameter database of each process software,the 3D printing process parameter database is designed with the serviceoriented architecture.For the 3D printing device using multiple software and hardware platforms,the cross-platform Web Service is adopted as the development framework.gSOAP is used as a development tool.Aiming at the huge difference in process parameters and performance requirements of different 3D printing processes,the parameter common column and the result general column are used to realize the unified storage of printing process parameters and printing results.Based on the actual application scenario,the definition of the process parameter database Web Service interface function is completed,the server framework and the client framework are generated,and then the server-specific services and clients are implemented,and the thread pool and database connection pool are used to optimize the server performance.And ensure data security through different permission connection pools.In order to enable the database to complete the storage and utilization of the parameter relationship,a parameter matching system is developed based on the muparser library.For the parameter relationship stored in the database,after the user assigns a value to the variable parameter,the value of the corresponding expression parameter is directly calculated,and the user is used to use the database.The efficiency of the empirical formula.
