The 3D printing technology is different from the traditional material removal processing technology.It builds entities by layers of materials.3D printing technology integrates many advanced technologies,including digital modeling technology,electromechanical control technology,information technology and material science.It is widely used in the fields of consumer electronics,aerospace and automobile manufacturing.With the development of manufacturing informationization,more and more enterprises are using computer-aided manufacturing and computer-aided process tools.As a computer aided process tool in the field of 3D printing,3D printing process parameter management system can help designers to query in time and use the related process parameters which have existed in the enterprise,and improve the reuse rate of process parameters in the period of design.In this thesis,the key technologies of 3D printing process parameter management system are studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)By analysing the functional requirements and performance requirements of 3D printing process parameter management system,the workflow and architecture of the system are determined.According to the development process of system,the architecture is further designed in layers,and it provides guidance for the detailed design of the system.(2)By using the Unified Modeling Language(UML),the static structure models and dynamic behavior models of 3D printing process parameter management system are established.Use case diagrams are established through analysing the users of the system.By defining the object classes and attributes of the system and determining the relationships between classes,class diagram of the system is established.The whole life cycle of process parameter is analysed by using state diagram.The main activities of 3D printing process parameter management system are analysed by using activity diagrams.The complex information exchange activities among the system objects are analysed by using sequence diagrams.Finally,the functional structure,user privileges and database of the system are designed.(3)By using Case-Based Reasoning(CBR),the query method of 3D printing process parameters is studied.The models of 3D printing part information and 3D printing process are established.The nearest neighbor algorithm is used as the case retrieval algorithm.The weight of feature attributes of 3D printing part information and process is determined and different similarity calculation methods are used for different types of feature attributes.The query of process parameters is implemented by calculating the comprehensive similarity between the cases.(4)The development environment of 3D printing process parameter management system is determined.HTML,ASP.NET and CSS are used to write web pages.The program is written in C# and database is operated through SQL.Thus,3D printing process parameter management system is developed and the functions are verificated.
