Environmental problems have always been a topic of common concern all over the world.At the same time,various countries pay close attention to environmental problems.Under the increasingly severe environmental situation,there are more and more news related to them.As a large province of coal resources,Shanxi Province has always regarded energy industry as the pillar industry of economic development,but the environmental problems caused by long-term large-scale energy exploitation and processing should not be ignored.This kind of overloading exploitation causes the environment pollution to be more and more serious,the ecological environment is fragile,and the resources are more and more depleted in Shanxi Province.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Shanxi has responded positively to the policies of the Party and the state,paying more and more attention to ecology.Civilization construction.Shanxi provincial mainstream newspapers also began to comply with the requirements of the new era,environmental news reports began to pay attention to,vigorously promote the concept of green development and sustainable development.This paper takes the three-year environmental news of Shanxi Daily and Sanjin City News in 2016--2018 as the research object,analyzes the contents of the environmental reports in the past three years and 36 months from the perspective of frame theory,and studies the characteristics and trends of the environmental reports in the past three years and thirty-six months.According to the data,the use framework and reporting characteristics of environmental reports in Shanxi provincial mainstream newspapers in the past three years are obtained.Using frameworks such as "achievement-oriented","action-oriented","plot-fact-oriented","green concept development","government responsibility-oriented" and other frameworks,it is concluded that the agenda for environmental news reporting should be set up reasonably and be closely followed by the central work of the government.Pay attention to publicity prescription,Shanxi-across the transformation of the major provincial image and other reporting characteristics,while from the data can be seen that Shanxi provincial mainstream newspapers in the environmental news reports in the media and government-based,third-party aphasia,comments and in-depth reporting less,The mode of reporting dialogue is rigid,humanistic care is less,lack of global vision,and so on.In view of these deficiencies,this paper proposes to balance the right of reporting discourse,increase the criticism and depth of reporting,attach importance to people's concern,and set an agenda for environmental reporting in scientific planning.Improve the professional quality of journalists and other reporting strategies.The author thinks that by analyzing and studying the environmental reports of the mainstream newspapers in Shanxi province,we can guide the mainstream media in Shanxi to correctly understand the environmental problems existing in this province and actively construct the environmental issues.In view of the existing problems in the report for reflection and improvement.To give full play to the environmental construction responsibility of mainstream media,especially traditional newspapers,to correctly guide the public's cognition of environmental construction and awaken their consciousness of participation.At the same time,it is hoped that it can provide reference and reference for the environmental reports of mainstream newspapers in other provinces.
