The popularization of the issue of the political program is an important reason for the TV affairs program to influence the network public opinion.As a bridge between the government and the public,the TV provides the general public with the opportunity to directly face the ruling party,and also participates in public public events.The discussion provided convenience.This is an important advantage of TV news programs different from other TV news programs.The popularity of social media represented by WeChat and Weibo has become an important boost for the further spread of online public opinion.Network technology provides new technical means and communication channels for the dissemination of TV political programs.It also creates more convenient conditions for public opinion expression.The formation of benign public opinion fields is macroscopically conducive to promoting social public events.The solution,from the analysis of the "Education and Politics" program,found that whether it is the views and comments on the Xi'an education platform on the WeChat public platform or the network public opinion formed after the issue spread,the expression of opinions is relatively rational.The television political program uses the speciality to form a mode of traditional media and network media linkage communication under the support of Internet technology,which is an important representative of traditional media influence network public opinion.This paper is divided into three main parts.The first part is a general overview of the types of TV-related political programs,and the main structure and organizational communication characteristics of the program “Education and Politics” in Xi'an Taiwan's “Question of Politics”.The second part shows the ways and characteristics of the influence of the TV affairs program on the network public opinion through the setting and diffusion path of the issue of“educational politics”,and the new features of the network public opinion under the influence of the TV policy issue;the last part Based on the realistic background of the development of media,based on case analysis,the new strategy of traditional media influence network paradox is drawn.
