For the modern logistics industry, transportation is very important. For thelogistics industry managers, the more time saving during the transportation, means thata lower risk in the process of transportation, and the transportation cost is lower; Thisis especially true for the goods receiver at the same time. By the current developmentstatus of electronic commerce, the efficiency of goods transport hasbecome a bottleneck for development of logistics industry. Therefore need toconsider the combination of moderncomputer technology, develop a software systemthat accord with the basic characteristics of logistic sindustry, so as to enhancethe transport efficiency of logistics industry.In this paper, firstly the basic theory and related technology areintroduced;Secondly,the present situation of logistics enterprise and the existingproblems are described.A solution to solve the actual problem is described and a vehicleselection model that reduce the cost of transportation is created. This modelcan reduce the cost of enterprise transportation,it has a great significance to thereality in the improvement of work efficiency; Then the function requirements andnon functional requirements of logistics transportation management system aredetermined,this put forward a clear goals for the system design and implementation; Onthe basis of requirement analysis, the system design is described from these parts:designprinciple, function structure, database and core function module; Then based on theSpring, Swing and Hibernate technology, the logistics transportation managementsystem is achieved, And these part are introduced:the realization of the database,dataaccess operation based on the Hibernate, the application of the IoC in the system,theimplementation of logging based on the Log4j, the implementation of each functionalmodule, etc. In the end, the vehicle selection optimization model is put forward thecorresponding algorithm design and implementation is presented, to provide a basis forthe logistics transportation cost reduce.The innovation of this paper is the vehicle selection model, the model can solve thevehicle selection problem in the process of transportation,and bring economic benefitsfor the enterprises.As the system testing and running results shown, the logistics system designed in this paper has a certain use value, to achieve the expected goal of system.
