Electronic information industry is the pillar industry of national economy and national defense construction.With the development of science and technology,the structure of electronic manufacturing equipment has become more and more complex.However,no high-end equipment can avoid the aging problems caused by long running time.The running state of electronic manufacturing equipment will directly affect the production efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great scientific significance and practical value to study the status evaluation of electronic manufacturing equipment.Based on the big data analysis technology,this paper makes a detailed study on the operation status evaluation of electronic manufacturing equipment,which mainly includes the following parts:Firstly,for the key equipment of electronic product production line,the application requirements of equipment status assessment in actual production are analyzed,and the status assessment index system is established.The framework of state evaluation model of electronic manufacturing equipment is constructed,including state evaluation data model,state evaluation rule model and state evaluation process model.The method of establishing the state evaluation model is given by taking the mounter as a typical electronic manufacturing equipment.Secondly,two state evaluation models of electronic manufacturing equipment are constructed by introducing Back Propagation(BP)neural network and Least Square Support Vector Machines(LSSVM)based on Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).The validity of the two algorithms is verified by an example.Then,Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)is introduced to predict the state of electronic manufacturing equipment.Finally,an example is given to verify that LSTM has a good prediction effect.Finally,based on.NET Win Form form technology,the design and development of electronic manufacturing equipment status analysis and management system is carried out by using Visual Stdio software,MATLAB software and SQLSever database.The system can monitor,evaluate and predict the running state of electronic manufacturing equipment.The application of the mounter is validated as an example.In this paper,the evaluation model,evaluation algorithm,prediction algorithm and management system of the operation state of electronic manufacturing equipment are studied.A scientific,reasonable and effective evaluation system of the operation state of electronic manufacturing equipment is established.
