Effectiveness research of electronic countermeasures(ECM)is one of the key topics for the problem of the quantitative analysis ECM.Evaluation and prediction of the ECM system and ECM operational effectiveness is realized by constructing an ECM effective-ness evaluation theoretical system.While,the constructed theoretical system provides the optimal solutions for the ECM system or operation obtaining the maximum effectiveness,and has important scientific value and research significance in military decision-making.Recently,it is imperfect in terms of the ECM effectiveness evaluation theoretical system.The related topic is not clear and there is still no effective solution until now.It is far from being able to meet the urgent requirements of the ECM enhancement and the construction and development of the ECM equipment,and this is the bottleneck problem for the ECM decision-making.Diversity of the effectiveness scale and hybrid of the effectiveness evaluation model are recognized problems for the ECM effectiveness evaluation.Based on the conflicting nature of the ECM mechanism and the combination of qualitative and quantitative anal-ysis methods,this dissertation extracts the system change characteristics from the indica-tor observation process,and completes the state mapping process.The aforementioned procedure makes the research work of the ECM effectiveness evaluation focuses on the modeling and state control,and realizes the systematic research on the architecture and theory of the ECM effectiveness evaluation.The main contributions are given as follows:1.The general ECM effectiveness evaluation theoretical architecture based on con-flict state is constructed.Combining with the OODA cycle theory,various ECM effec-tiveness theory modules of the theoretical architecture are organically integrated.This in-tegration realizes the nonlinear closed-loop description of ECM effectiveness and solves the modules isolation problem for the ECM effectiveness evaluation theoretical system.2.By unifying the conflict state and effectiveness of the ECM,the representation mechanism of the conflict states in diversified effectiveness modeling is revealed.Then,a association model based on the approximation effectiveness factor of the ECM conflict state is proposed,and the approximation gray correlation of the conflict state is realized.The state correlation procedure provides a theoretical foundation for the uniform modeling of the effectiveness of ECM.3.The ECM conflict state estimation model based on the index satisfaction model is proposed.By mapping the observation index to the conflict state,the equivalent charac-teristics of the conflict state in the process of extracting effectiveness from the complex system structure are extracted.The aforementioned procedure realizes the state estimation based on the mixture of Markov and k-means,which solves the problem of state determi-nation to measure effectiveness.4.The ECM conflict condition state space model based on the index measurabil-ity is constructed.By mapping the index to the system and the system to the space,the transfer characteristic law of the conflict state in the space is extracted from the prominent state relationship of the uncertainty feature.The aforementioned procedure realizes the representation of the conflict state transition process based on the Markov,and solves the problem of dynamic evaluation and modeling of effectiveness.5.The conflict state transition path evaluation model based on the state difference comparison is proposed.By constructing an ECM conflict state difference cost function,the minimum transition loss feature is extracted from the state transition relationship with complex change characteristics.Calculating the conflict state difference through the KL divergence,JS divergence and cross entropy,the optimal determination of the transfer path is determined,which provides a basis for the effectiveness improvement subject to the multi-path constraint.The above constructed architecture and theoretical model constitute the core of the theoretical system of effectiveness evaluation based on the conflict state of ECM.Related modules have been verified through theoretical analysis and simulation experiments.The results show that the ECM effectiveness evaluation architecture and theoretical system based on the conflict state can realize the research and analysis of ECM effectiveness in different links,and effectively improve the scientific nature of the evaluation.
