The integrated information system can notsatisfy the needs of public security system’s work of high speed and efficiency, which largelylimits the efficiency of existing system.Aiming at the above analysis, with the concept of "digital police"，the system adoptsadvanced mobile technology and proposes mobile police system solutions by integrating witha variety of wireless networks and mobile terminals, like GPRS、CDMA、3G etc. With theapplication of bar code, RFID (radio frequency identification) and other advancedtechnologies and the combination of current application systems, the public security systemcan achieve mobile Internet and its related business application. The function of currentsystem can be extended to the palm of each police officer through the mobile Internettechnology, which makes the forefront police acquire the comprehensive informationresources everywhere.Thus, we can not only advance the usage of the present system, but improve theefficiency of the officers. This system not only can help the public security department withtheir investigation, evidence collection, inspection, and other lawful actions, but also can better deal with the emergencies. It provides strong technical guarantee to improve theeconomic and social benefits of public security department. This system can well meet therequirements of efficiency in public security systemThe paper integrates RFID, EAN/UCC-128, the two-dimensional bar code, GSM(global system for mobile communications) and other Internet of Things technologies with theplatform of Android, undergoes an integrated application research and solves the criticaltechnical problems of the implementation of the system.
