The Data Mining In The Application Of The Express Logistics Business

With the continuous development of information technology,express logistics enterprise under the influence of information technology,and gradually open the pace of the logistics industry informatization construction.Using information technology to build a smart flexible,quick,safe and reliable express logistics information system is of great significance to increase the efficiency of the express logistics business.Of express logistics information system and the data mining technology,be able to deal with the customer information,using data mining technology to logistics enterprise development strategy provides valuable information resources,to enhance the core competition of the express logistics enterprises has important application value.Research of this paper is mainly about the express logistics information system based on data mining technology of the design and implementation of,the paper adopts C/S pattern design express logistics information system,and the data mining technique combined with express logistics information system,using SQL Server 2008 as the data warehouse development tools,the data mining model is designed according to the system requirements.Using the software engineering method to implement the system functions and system test,confirmed that the system meet the design requirements.In this paper,the main research work and results are as follows:(1)based on C/S mode to design express logistics information system,this system can realize information management of routine express logistics business,such as express customer information management,express information management,order management,etc.System adopts modular design,easy to system maintenance and function extension;(2)to complete the development of data warehouse and data mining model is designed,so as to make the system has the function of data mining,can be used to analyze customer potential value,and provide decision-making information for the express logistics business development.This system USES the SQL Server 2008 as the data mining module design tools,design the star data warehouse,in order to realize data mining prepared to base;(3)the design of the express logistics information management system can be used to express logistics regular business enterprise management,can also be used for analysis of customer information mining and business level employees individually designed the system maintenance module,convenient for the user's system maintenance and management;(4)this system main function and performance test,the test results show that the system meet the design requirements,meet the needs of users.In addition,the practical application of this system in the express logistics enterprise evaluation shows that the system conforms to the system design goal,the practical value is obvious.Paper focuses on introducing the design of the data warehouse,data mining model,using SQL Server 2008 data warehouse development and design of the data mining model,the design of data mining functions meet the design requirements,meet the demand of users,improve the system performance and achieve the goal of the data decision analysis.
