With the development of automation technology,NTC thermistors are widely used as temperature sensitive components in home appliances,medical electronics,etc,and their parameter performance has a significant impact on the quality of the product.The traditional lresistance performance parameter measurement methods have the disadvantages of low measurement efficiency,weak data comprehensive analysis capability,and single measurement parameters.Therefore,it is of great significance to study a new NTC thermistor performance test equipment with high measurement efficiency,strong information analysis capability and perfect function.By analyzing the existing thermistor testing instruments and their application status,the f,unction and performance requirements of the tester are determined,and the overall scheme of the system is designed.The tester designed in this paper consists of two parts:parameter detection terTminal and information management system.The parameter detection terminal takes STM32 processor as its core,expands the function modules of parameter detection,multi-station switching and AID conversion,and real1izes the functions of measurement,acquisition and data transmission of NTC thermistor performance parameters.Among of them,the parameter detection module includes resistance measurement module,insulation resistance measurement module and voltage withstanding measurement module.It mainly realizes the lrmeasurement of nominal resistance value,insulation resistance value and voltage withstanding performance parameters of NTC thermistor.The multi-station switching module realizes the electrical performance detection of multiple resistors by controlling the switch-on between the multiple resistors to be measured and the parameter detection module.The information management system includes two parts:a host computer server and a mobile phone APP.The host computer server is developed in C#language,which mainly realizes the functions of receiving,parsing,storing,displaying and querying data.In the Android development environment,the mobile phone APP is implemented in the Java language,and the user is provided with parameters information inquiry,order submission and other services.Through the comprehensive test of parameter detection terminal and information management system.The parameter detection terminal can accurately realize the measurement,acquisition and data transmission of the nominal resistance value,insulation resistance value and voltage withstanding performance parameter of the multiple NTC thermistors.The information management system can comprehensively analyze and manage the data,and can implement product order submission and other functions through the mobile phone APPR The test results show that the NTC thermistor performance tester meets the expected design goals.
