Today,people's smartphones are thousands of times faster than those that guide astronauts when they land on the moon.With the popularity and growing strength of smartphones,mobile applications are flourishing everywhere.There are a large number of mobile applications in the market,and the scale of mobile applications is expanding.Faced with a large number of mobile applications,users can enjoy the full range of services brought to life by mobile app.However,the number of users using mobile apps is limited,so when facing the massive apps,there will be a choice problem.At the same time,from the perspective of app itself,how to stand out from tens of millions of apps to become the choice of users is also a problem faced by developers.To solve this problem,this paper focuses on mobile apps,and finds the inseparable relationship between users and apps.At the same time,it analyses the behavior of users using apps and the characteristics of the app's own attributes,to find out the preferences of users using apps and the relationship between apps,so as to help users choose better and enhance the popularity of apps.A series of studies have been carried out below:(1)An android tool is developed to collect users' behavior data using app on their mobile phones,and python scripts are written to crawl some static data related to app attributes from three application websites.This paper introduces the data model of user behavior and app attribute,as well as the key technologies used in collecting these data,and shows the composition of the collected data set and some statistical results of the data.(2)This paper studies users' preferences for using app from different aspects.Firstly,the preference relationship between users and app is studied.This preference relationship is directly reflected in the time and frequency of users using app.The definition and measurement method of this preference relationship are proposed.Then we study the competition relationship between apps.The reason for the competition situation of apps on users' mobile phones is that users have different preferences for apps.So we propose an algorithm to mine the competition relationship between apps on users' mobile phones.Finally,we study the cooperative relationship between apps.Similarly,because users have different preferences for apps,each user has its own personalized cooperative relationship.We propose two different cooperative relationships and give the algorithms of mining the two cooperative relationships.(3)This paper studies the problem of app service on mobile phone and regards it as the classification problem of app.Therefore,according to the application classification of app in the market,it puts forward its own classification rules and algorithms.Finally,based on the relationship between users and app,the competition and cooperation relationship between app and the research of app's service field,the data model and construction algorithm of Personal Mobile Service Preference are proposed.
