With the rapid development of technology,the globalization of the economy is becoming increasingly apparent,and the market environment is changing more rapidly,the competition facing enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and in the process of development,cooperation with other enterprises is increasingly required.However,enterprises are in the process of cooperation China will inevitably compete for its own interests.Competition and cooperation between enterprises that are both competitive and cooperative has become one of the important topics in the field of strategic management.This research proposes a method that uses patent data as a technical information carrier,and combines social network and community theory to comprehensively identify and measure competition and cooperation between companies in the industry;and also combine text mining and term extraction technologies.Complete the construction of the technology tree,and visualize the technical context of the enterprise in a systematic and detailed way to accurately identify the competitive relationship.It mainly includes the following two contents:(1)Constructing a patentee cooperation network and citation network,dividing communities in the industry,increasing the time dimension,exploring the evolution process of relationships between enterprises,and cooperating with enterprises from a macro perspective.Relationships are identified and measured.(2)Using the patents owned by various companies in the industry as the data source,extracting the SAO structure in the patent based on the two-dimensional word model of patent technology efficacy,constructing a technology tree for each patentee,and according to the technology tree of each enterprise,the calculation technology tree is similar Degree,analyze the technological layout of each enterprise from a micro perspective,so as to identify the competition and cooperation relationship of the enterprise.At the same time,in order to ensure the validity of the research,this article takes the gene chip industry as an example to identify the competition and cooperation relationships among enterprises in the industry.The empirical results show that the method proposed in this paper has feasibility and operability,and can more accurately judge and measure the competitive relationship between enterprises in the industry.
