Research On Project Management Of Characteristic Resource Base Of Calt Library

As the information resource center of the most important research,test and production base for missile weapons and launch vehicle in China space history,the library of the First Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation,Ltd.provides an effective information resource for the research,production,leader's decision-making and study of the first academy.With the construction of a space powerful nation and the implementation of the militarycivilian integration strategy,the first academy of space science and technology has an ever-increasing need for characteristic information resources.At the same time,in the era of information explosion,with the rapid development of information and network technology,the construction of characteristic resource database has been urgent need for the information service competition in the cyber age,expand the library service function,innovative information service means,promote the sustainable development of the library.And that is the only way for the development of various types of libraries at home and abroad.Under this background,the library of the first academy embarked on the construction of a characteristic resource database that matches the needs of the first academy.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,combined with the actual situation of the first academy,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction and utilization of the characteristic resources of the first academy,proposes project management programs combining with the key problems,and proposes the implementation measures for all processes of the project.These measures can provide an effective reference to the project management of characteristic resource database construction of the first academy,and will also play a certain role in reference to the construction of similar projects in other defense-related military units.
