In recent years,LCD panel is applied more and more widely in people's lives,lightweight,HD,big screen,brilliant color display,micro power consumption,etc.and has occupied the mainstream of the display market.As people's requirements continue to increase,the LCD panel and the processor interface put forward higher requirements between data transmission.The early TTL and LVDS signal have been unable to meet the needs of the market development,based on MIPI specification display interface has been designed.Subsequently testing equipment needs to be changed,increased the difficulty of detection,and the price is expensive,the production of enterprises urgently need developed a special MIPI interface LCD panel test system and can meet the needs of the different types of MIPI interface to the LCD panel,can share test system,and the theory in this paper under the background of the subject.According to the market updated,LCD panel test equipment's cost is greatly increased in the manufacturing,so the purpose of this paper is to test MIPI interface of different types of LCD,based on micro controller C8051F380 LCD Panel test system,and the test system can test different types of LCD,also can realize the LCD auto dimming function,improve the differernt test systems and the cost of the test system,preparing for the design of the AOI test system.LCD panel test system design of the paper is divided into two parts,hardware design and software design.Test system hardware circuit consists of power circuit,reset circuit,clock circuit,JTAG interface circuit,LCD dimming circuit design,backlight voltage circuit design,different MIPI interface LCD panel parameters design.The software design of testsystem with LCD dimming,MIPI software design of test system with machine parameters.Test system for online test and verification results pass by 10.1 and11.6 inch LCD panel,and reducing costs 50%,reaching the purpose of the design.
