Research On The Policy Of The External Translation And Publication Of Books

Since the implementation of the strategy of "going out",the translation and publication of Chinese books has developed rapidly,which has become the biggest highlight of "going out" in Chinese culture.This paper takes the policy and program of state support for foreign translation and publication of books as the Research Object,and studies comprehensively and systematically a series of policies on foreign translation and publication of books promulgated by the State since 2002 This paper analyzes the implementation status of each policy item for carrying out the policy,and compares it with the relevant policies of developed countries,and sums up the guiding function of the Foreign Translation and publication policy of our country and the measures needed to be improved in the future.The full text includes the introduction and conclusion,is divided into seven parts.In the introduction part,the author discusses the Research Object,the significance,the research progress,the research methods,the research structure,as well as the innovation and difficulties of this paper.According to the time sequence,this paper sorts out the relevant policies on foreign book translation and Publication issued by the state during the period of "the 10 th five-year plan" to "the 13 th five-year plan",as well as the policy items set up by the state to support the foreign book translation and Publication And the overall implementation of the policy project was comprehensively analyzed.And then selected "classic China International Publishing Project," "Silk Road Book Publishing Project," "Chinese academic translation project," three policy projects,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the basic situation of the policy project,the categories,languages,publishing organizations and the future development trend of the funded books.After the above analysis,this paper takes the three works of Xi Jinping on governance,Wolf Totem and three-body as samples,and discusses the operation mode of Foreign Translation and publication under the guidance of State Policy With a view to the future of the book translation and Publication to provide useful reference.Based on the above analysis,this paper discusses the Guiding Role of Book Translation and Publishing Policy from three aspects: promoting the display of contemporary Chinese image,promoting the dissemination of Chinese traditional culture,and guiding the communication and cooperation between Chinese and foreign publishers.Finally,this paper analyzes the policies and measures of the developed countries such as Britain,America,France,Japan and Canada to support the foreign translation and publication of books,and puts forward five measures to improve the foreign translation and publication policy of books in China.The book is the seed,the government's promotion is the wind,the book translation publication,can not leave the national policy support and the promotion.The further development of Chinese book translation and Publication in the future depends on the more accurate guidance of the National Policy on Book Translation and Publication.From the above analysis of the evolution of national policies,the guiding role and the implementation of policy projects,and from the comparison of relevant policies with developed countries,this paper holds that The policy of book translation and Publishing in China can be further improved from five aspects: Perfecting the Legal Environment of book translation and publishing,attaching importance to the research and development of foreign book market,establishing the Tracking System of book translation and publishing,strengthening the training of book translation and Publishing Talents,and attaching importance to the digital dissemination of foreign translated books.
