As an important network platform set up by government agencies and used by administrative agencies or the public sector to publish news information,government affairs information and public will,government microblogs not only play the role of information publishers,public opinion interpreters and other roles in public management.It is also an effective channel for the spread of city image.In the 2017 Sina "Top Ten Administrative Organizations Weibo",the government's microblog "Chengdu Publishing" is the typical representative of the media industry.Through the dual trend of intelligent technology support and integration of the media environment,the information production subject has undergone a major transformation from PGC exclusive to PGC and UGC integration,subverting the monotonous production and consumption pattern of traditional media information,and based on rapidly improving government work efficiency.In June 2010,the Chengdu Municipal People's Government Information Office established the "Publicity + Service + Information" comprehensive three-dimensional platform – "Chengdu Publishing",in an effort to achieve "serving the public" and "politics".The media pursuit of external propaganda.Following the above founding philosophy,in the past eight years,the government microblog "Chengdu Publishing" has built a three-dimensional and multi-dimensional city image with rich textual connotations: the capital of "internal and diplomatic openness";the capital of "western finance and transportation hub";The capital of ecology and humanity.In order to present the many aspects of the city,"Chengdu Publishing" pays attention to the use of communicationtechniques,such as the narrative angle of adopting multiple perspectives;setting high-frequency and fixed narrative structure;forming the narrative style of "soft and hard".Of course,the "Chengdu Publishing" also has many shortcomings such as the traditionalization of the city image media construction channel,the deviation of the city image creation,and the neglect of the county township regional audience.To realize the value of communication,influence and credibility,the government microblog represented by "Chengdu Publishing" must establish a all-media concept,strengthen media integration,open up multiple channels to enhance user connectivity,and implement regional audiences in counties and towns.The coverage of information;the functional positioning of "information release","public opinion guidance" and "government image communication".
