Private museum is China’s reform and opening-up have emerged from the freshthings, through the establishment of private museums, so many private collectionsbecome to share with the public wealth of society, because of its most has thecharacteristics of flexible mechanism, abundant funds, distinctive features, thematic,and effectively fill the state-owned Museum vacancy, therefore, their existence there isan important significance to the development of our country’s prosperity of culturalundertakings. As a folk cultural relics collection and protection, private museum is animportant supplement to the culture, is one of the important part of socialist advancedculture, its development in recent years has been highly valued in Chengdu City Halland the public. Chengdu City Hall in2010November successfully hosted the privatemuseum in Chengdu National Development Forum, the private museum support andmanagement have been greatly strengthened, issued a series of documents on theprivate museum policy, capital, operation, maintenance, personnel, exchanges havemade clear, the development of private museums in Chengdu the city into the fast lane.This article is in this context, attempts to Chengdu City Hall and the relevantadministrative departments of Chengdu City private museum cause, development ofmanagement problems, analyze and the system of public cultural construction, privatefunds into the cultural industry related degree, analyze the problem in the developmentof private museums in the management of the city. In this paper, through theinvestigation and Study on the part of the private museum in Chengdu City, accordingto the "line of research put forward the theory research conclusion and suggestion"problem.
