Because the space resources in the cabin are wired,wireless communication technology has important application prospects for monitoring the status of large-scale mechanical equipment.However,the multi-path interference caused by the complex electromagnetic environment and space structure in the cabin reduces the communication reliability of the system.Therefore,the wireless ad hoc network technology in the closed space plays an important role in improving the communication reliability.Aiming at the special application environment and requirements in the cabin,a wireless communication system based on mesh network is proposed,which can wirelessly transmit the vibration information of the equipment in the collection cabin to the monitoring center in real time,and then analyze and process the health status of the equipment.The paper first completed the investigation and analysis of the wireless communication technology in the cabin,and designed the mesh network based on ESP32,which has the characteristics of self-organization and self-repair.Complete the software and hardware design of the mesh node to achieve high-speed data acquisition and transmission.Designing the working mechanism of node radio sleep,the root node coordinates the working state switching of the network node,which reduces the average power consumption of the node by 50% and prolongs the life cycle of the network.The spectrum analysis is performed by software radio,and the historical channel information is combined to predict the channel with the smallest handover probability,which reduces the number of handovers by 27%.Finally,the system is tested.The communication system has the characteristics of high transmission rate,low transmission delay,low operating energy consumption and strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability,which meets the requirements of data transmission in the cabin.
