Research On Construction And Business Model Of Creativity Training Platform Under The Background Of "Mass Entrepreneurship And Innovation"

Creative idea is the starting point and source of innovation activities,and it plays the most important leading role in innovation activities.As China's economic development enters a new stage,the lack of national creativity has increasingly constrained its development.At this critical moment,the Chinese government has launched the innovation-driven economic development strategy of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”.In the context of this policy,how to create massive creative ideas has become the most urgent mission.On the basis of summarizing the existing literature,this paper innovatively puts forward the idea of “training the public creativity with the network platform as a tool”,and explores how to exert the network effect of the platform to enlarge the creativity training results and generate a large number of high-quality creative ideas to meet the political needs of the rapid development of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” policy.First,the creativity training platform is proposed and its system content is designed.The definition of creativity training platform and characteristics are defined with its goal of enhancing the publics creativity and developing massive high-quality creative ideas.Based on the creative development process of “idea generation-idea incubation-idea analysis”,the business function system of creative training platform is proposed.According to the function system and various innovative methods,the three business function system modules of creative training platform “creative generation room”,“creative incubation pool” and “creative analysis room” are designed.Finally,using the idea of system integration,the overall system framework of the creativity training platform is designed from the bottom up,including the application layer,tool layer and support layer.Secondly,the creative idea property protection mechanism is embedded in the creativity training platform.In order to better utilize its business functions,the need of protecting creative idea contributors' property is found through an online investigation of potential users of the creativity training platform.The mechanism is designed by this need and consists of four parts concerning creative ideas information storage,creative ideas infringement detection,creative ideas property distribution and personal innovative income distribution.To better execute this mechanism,the blockchain system is designed for the creativity training platform,and the mechanism is embedded into data layer and contract layer of blockchain system of the creativity training platform.Finally,the business model of the creative training platform is designed.The rooted theory is used to encode and analyze the commercial operation cases of well-known Internet platforms at home and abroad.32 sub-categories,11 main categories and 3 core categories are extracted,and the core elements of the platform business model are obtained.According to the connotation of these elements,combined with the actual situation of the creativity training platform,the business model of the creativity training platform is designed to provide reliable guarantee for its efficient and continuous operation and continuous generation of massive high-quality ideas.
