In today's rapid economic development,people's production and life are inseparable from power supply,because the power industry is a service industry,which provides products with common property,traditional electrical work jobs,subject to the work place,time,equipment,etc.impacts can not meet the actual work to handle their own management and customer business needs.As customers in the new business reported installed,you need to apply the scene,payments,fitted sheet electrical connection,auditing archiving and many other aspects,to round-trip times between the various business units,and each link requires customers to participate,the entire customers need to delay the process for a long time.In the electricity sector does not reflect the core values of customer focus,unable to meet the high quality,efficient service,and carrying out business operations,departments need to be involved in a lot of jobs,we need to post personnel to the site to check the reproducibility,not only put a lot of resources,but also greatly reduced efficiency.The rapid development of information technology and wireless networks to give us a lot of convenience,especially 3G mobile communication technology matures and the emergence of 4G,carrying intelligent terminal site office systems are a growing number of industries.In order to better serve the people,to optimize the management,to achieve an extension of the office environment,according to the working characteristics Power Supply Bureau,the paper designed a Power Supply Bureau field office system with mobile terminals,the system greatly enhance the efficiency of business acceptance and handling provide more service channels selection,the electricity sector and other daily work to provide a great convenience,a substantial increase in the electricity sector to promote service quality.To provide more effective support for the work of front-line management positions and staff positions,to some extent,to break the restrictive effects of time,space and resources to work to reduce the possibility of service interruption,to achieve improved efficiency.Thesis undertake the following tasks:(1)System needs analysis: According to the site power supply bureau staff to carry out their daily work,to focus on business processes and other analysis,the overall demand carding system.(2)Key Technology Description: First,select the terminal platform were introduced,analyze their strengths and weaknesses,which focuses on the advantages of the Android system.Then introduces GIS and digital map rendering,finally explains how to use Dijkstra algorithm(optimal path algorithm)planning optimal path.(3)Design and implementation of the system: first,the overall architecture and the host network system design,and introduces the APP Android-based design;secondly study the various functional modules of the system and the various functional modules sub-modules of the detailed design,which focuses on meter reading management GPS navigation system is designed;finally the system terminal safety design,and ultimately the power Supply Bureau field office systems.(4)Testing and verification.To realize the function of the system has been tested and validated by building test platform for system functions and non-functional testing.
