Study On Design And Application Optimization Of Anti-counterfeit And Tax-invoicing System For Power Marketing System In Dongguan Power Supply Bureau

Based on the particularity and security of the invoice system of value-added tax invoice,combined with the demand of the power supply company to improve power marketing service quality and lean management,the present situation and existing problems of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau's anti-counterfeiting tax invoice system for power marketing system are analyzed and summarized in this paper.A set of anticounterfeiting tax invoicing server system is designed to replace the original centralized billing mode under the stand-alone billing system.First of all,the domestic and international power grid company tax information development status and the main ideas and principles of lean management is summed up.The importance and inevitability of developing a new tax control system to improve lean management and power marketing service quality of the power supply bureau under the background of China's current electricity market reform are analyzed.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau's bidding mode,and the problems and shortcomings of the centralized billing mode.The paper analyzes and summarizes the target and demand of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau for tax control system according to the current situation of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau's billing mode.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the deficiency of the anti-counterfeiting tax invoice system and the centralized billing mode and the analysis of the existing problems,the basic framework of the anti-counterfeiting tax invoice server system is designed.According to the demand of the billing system of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau,the main function modules are designed and developed respectively.According to the three different working scenes and modes that may appear during the actual operation,three types of billing system software are designed.Different software has different functions to meet the requirements that Power Supply Bureau invoice issuance and financial management needs.Then,compared with the original billing software,the billing server system can seamlessly connect with the power supply marketing system,which can realize the remote billing and the billing system.The billing server system can focus on management of tax control equipment and billing data,effectively enhance the tariff management level of Power Supply Bureau,and can improve customer service quality.Finally,the paper summarizes the research work carried out in this paper,and looks at the follow-up research work according to some problems in the operation of the billing server system.
