Logistics distribution is the base and the core function of logistics systems. The Logistics distribution optimization is used to organize reasonable distribution and management that faces the overall goal set, using the system theory and the systems engineering principles and methods, modeling reasonable distribution lines and distribution of tools by mathematics in the shortest path, the process, the fastest speed and cost of items. The modern logistics distribution system that based on GIS can be achieved through the space of information and property of the integrated management information and analysis, it can reference from space analysis of GIS and greatly improve the logistics distribution system of decision-making should, visibility and degree of information.In this paper, a modern logistics distribution system of Research and Implementation on GIS that for logistics management model and optimized distribution of vehicles, based on GIS the distribution of technical analysis and scheduling decisions and modern logistics distribution and administration system design carried out research and design in three issues. It discusses the concept of logistics distribution, distribution principle, the business and the major factors that affect the distribution; researched the genetic algorithm and a fundamental principle and characteristics of annealing; analyze characteristics and the function of GIS and its value in logistics and distribution system.According to the distribution characteristics of the vehicle to optimize the three different types of course, given the constraint of the model conditions and objective function as essential. The logistics distribution and the deployment of the transport distance and vehicle the load time, rate, distribution and analysis of the fixed model of the structure, optimize the use of a simulation model. This chapter of annealing the genetic algorithm methods of solution to the question was analyzed and given the solution of the question algorithm the concrete steps.Logistics distribution optimized of vehicles model and GIS integrated approach is proposed, and through more complex network analysis of conditions of the design and implementation based on GIS, it solves the existing GIS technology that can only achieve based on simple distance and can’t meet the actual demand better.This paper gives the design goal, construction, functional requirements, and data requirements of the modern logistics distribution system that based on GIS. It completes the overall performance, the module functionality, the database design of this system.This paper uses Super Map IS.NET for the development platform, use the language c#system development, according to the design, modern logistics distribution system for the implementation of this system based on GIS not only provides a business process but also realizes the functions and deployment process. It presents by list and electronic map in results and more conducive to the application processing business.
