With the continuous development of the Internet,existing TCP/IP networks continue to expose shortcomings in terms of scalability and content distribution.In response to these problems,the industry comes up with a revolutionary design represented by NDN,aiming at routing and forwarding based on content names instead of IP addresses by non-IP reconfiguration of the Internet in the future.Since the NDN is proposed so far,high-speed packet forwarding has still been one of the key studies.To solve this problem,the research group proposed NLS which introduces the idea of MPLS into the NDN and replaces the variable-length name with a fixed-length label,greatly improving the forwarding performance of NDN.However,there are still deficiencies in the existing NLS research,mainly reflected in two aspects.Firstly,at present,the NLSP in NLS domain only supports static settings.Secondly,the NLDP designed for dynamic label distribution in the previous period does not consider the driving method of NLSP establishment.What's more,it is only verified by simulation and its validity needs to be further verified.To solve these deficiencies,a named data experiment network supporting NLDP is set up and further verifies the performance of dynamic NLS.The main work of the paper includes three aspects.Firstly,a data-driven NLDP is formulated.Four types of messages for NLDP are defined.Based on some specific naming rules which are proposed for distinguishing various types of messages quickly,the edge node can quickly identify the name prefix and establish NLSP for it.Secondly,NLS routing nodes supporting NLDP are developed.In the IPC,a dynamic NLS routing node is developed by extending NFD and implementing NLDP.Thirdly,an NLS experiment network consisting of 10 NLS routing nodes is set up and some measures are taken to verify the performance of the dynamic NLS.It is tested whether the NLSP is dynamically established successfully by multi-file(text,video,etc.)transmission services and the data response time is used as a service performance indicator to compare with ordinary NDN forwarding.The test results show that after the introduction of NLDP,the average data response time of NLS is 23% lower than the data response time of traditional NDN.The functions of data-driven NLDP are implemented.
