Nowadays, industry and academia pay much more attention to the development ofintelligent information networks which include intelligent transportation network,intelligent scenic network, etc. Interaction of bulk multimedia data and seamless coverageof large area are the inevitable trends of communication development. The main challengeof the future intelligent network is a tradeoff between fast content delivery, high quality ofservice and tens of billions of access requirements, network architecture design, storage,and transmission. Internet communication model based on IP-core is facing unprecedentedchallenges. At the same time, the idea of decoupling of time and space based oncontent-centric has been attracting much more concerns of academia and industry. NamedData Networking (NDN) came into being in this environment. NDN focuses on the contentitself instead of the address of network node. Its unique transmission model and globalcaching mechanism allow it to distribute bulk data. It completely changes current Internetmechanism based on end-to-end model in order to solve the problems in IP networkarchitecture, such as transmission efficiency, mobility, security and scalability.This article will focus on the scenic communications network in Jiuzhaigou scenic inwhich we apply the network architecture of NDN. In this article, we focus on the datadistribution in NDN, research the routing and forwarding strategies, design the hierarchicalscenic communications network model based on NDN. Besides, we propose a multi-pathrouting algorithm and a data distribution scheme based on digital fountain. Then wesimulate our proposed algorithm and method in global cache environment and dynamicnetwork environment to verify the effectiveness and practicality of our scheme. Our worksprovide some reference in the process of implementation and deployment of datadissemination strategy in NDN architecture. In this paper, our research and results areshown as follows:(1) Analyze the structure and traffic model of current intelligent scenic network andcreatively apply NDN architecture in this network.(2) Particularly research the data distribution strategies in NDN, summarize the currentrouting strategies and unique adaptive forwarding strategy in NDN. Besides, we considerthe necessity of routing and propose a multi-path routing strategy then give a specificalgorithm and evaluation of performance.(3) Analyze three kinds of data transmission model in NDN. Based on multicast and multipath model, a digital fountain transmission scheme has been proposed.(4) Based on the real network structure in Jiuzhaigou scenic, we model the networktopology and simulate the performance of a variety of forwarding and routing strategies inthe global cache environment, no global cache environment and dynamic network topologyto verify the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed data distribution strategy.
