| China is a big agricultural country,and agricultural products logistics plays an important role in the national logistics system.In recent years,the agricultural development momentum of China is good,and the demand of agricultural products logistics expands constantly.Along with the rapid development of the agricultural economy,the continuous improvement of infrastructure construction,the continuous upgrading of the agricultural industrial structure,and the internal driving of economies of scale,these factors will inevitably lead to the concentration of contiguous distribution of agricultural products-related enterprises and the formation of industrial clusters.The agricultural products logistics park is a key link in the agricultural product logistics node.It is an effective organization way that the effective combination of industrial clusters and agricultural product logistics parks enhance agricultural competitiveness and a boost the rapid development of regional economy.The analysis which is based on the industrial cluster environment is about scientific location of agricultural product logistics parks.It has a positive effect on adapting to social development,reducing the risk of site selection and the logistics cost of agricultural products.It also can promote the sustainable development of the agricultural industry.In order to better cope with the new challenges brought by the characteristics of industrial clusters and agricultural products to the location decision of logistics parks,this paper demonstrates the article from four aspects.Firstly,guided by the theory of industrial clusters and location layout planning,the concepts and basic theories of industrial clusters and agricultural products logistics are elaborated in detail,and the common methods for site selection of logistics parks are summarized.Secondly,it analyzes the impact of industrial cluster characteristics and agricultural products characteristics on the location selection of logistics parks in detail,and puts forward the better location selection factors and selects appropriate location methods.It provides theory reference for post-site evaluation and model construction.After that,this paper introduces the two-stage location system which contains the fuzzy evaluation and hybrid integer programming method in detail.The techniques of grey prediction,fuzzy reasoning,linear programming and genetic algorithm are applied to solve the optimal location scheme.Finally,taking Anhui Province as an example,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of agricultural products logistics industry clusters in Anhui Province.It also uses gray prediction model to predict the agricultural logistics quantity in Anhui Province.The two-stage location system is applied to the layout of agricultural products logistics parks in Anhui Province.The location algorithm is used to verify the validity and rationality of the model.This paper makes a theoretical discussion on the site election of agricultural product logistics parks under the environment of industrial clusters,analyzes the influence mechanism of industrial cluster environment and agricultural products characteristics on the location layout of logistics parks,and constructs a two-stage location model to obtain the location of logistics parks.In theory,it is a useful attempt to locate the logistics park under the new situation and the new environment.In terms of practical application,it is a useful supplement to the diversity of existing logistics facilities. |
