With the development of our country’s economy, the logistics industry has become a huge industry with rapid development in china. And meanwhile, higher level of monitoring of the logistics has been required. Compared with industrial products logistics, the requirements of agricultural product logistics are higher, the monitoring of environmental information and geographic location information during logistics of agricultural products is a key factor in modernization of agricultural products logistics. At present,during the process of monitoring of agricultural product logistics, the main problem is the lack of effective monitoring and tracking information throughout the logistics of agricultural products, resulting in product quality and safety issues,thus has restricted the development of agricultural product logistics.Real-time data logging tracking technology is a multidisciplinary cross-high-tech which rises in recent years. Because of its prominent effectiveness, gradually it is widely used and researched in the field of logistics. By summarizing the previous works, This essay will analyze and discusse of car navigation, car communication, information collection and data storage, and propose a project design based on the wince and sqlite3agricultural products logistics information collection system. The main contents are as follows:(1) Descriptions of the structure of farm product logistics information collection system, and the introduction of function of the various components of the system(2) With the comparison of wireless communication solutions, GSM and ZigBee wireless communication technologies are selected, and both are described in a detailed theory. Detailed expression in the hardware and the software aspect are given.(3) By introduction of GPS components, and explanation of the principles of GPS positioning, and analysis of parsing the RMC statement format of GPS information, programs that use the serial port receive and parsing the information of GPS are designed.(4) To build standard information collecting system, object-oriented UML is used to the process of the design and implement of the system, and the tool of Rational Rose2003is applied to construct function requirement model and data model. Comparison with embedded database,analysis of the data storage requirements in the program, SQLite database used to store the collection of information and configuration information are designed.The paper finally has given the goal system realization result, and has analyzed some insufficiencies in system design, and proposed the tentative plan in the system effectiveness in later work.
