With the development of science and technology and economy,agriculture is also facing great changes.The production mode is changing from small farmers to the enterprise,large-scale product.It's benefit to control the production and build the Agricultural information construction for scale production.Combined with urban agricultural product monitoring platform,we can know more information about agricultural products.More and more quality and safety of agricultural products occurring,consumers of agricultural products began to pay a high quality concern.Relying on the large-scale data of urban agricultural supervision platform,we can more objective and reasonable evaluation of planting agricultural products.The quality and safety evaluation of cultivated agricultural products refers to the use of effective methods to collect,sort and analyze the factors affecting the quality and safety of planting agricultural products,make a reasonable and correct evaluation,so that the people more of the understanding of the quality and safety of agricultural products.Based on AHP,genetic algorithm and BP neural network,this thesis studies and analyzes the quality safety evaluation of agricultural products of planting enterprises.My work is as follows:(1)In order to evaluate the quality and safety of agricultural products reasonably and combine relevant literatures at home and abroad,on the basis of comparative analysis of other agricultural products quality and safety evaluation methods,combined with HACCP system in the planting industry,carefully analyzed the factors affecting the quality and safety of agricultural products,And finally established the agricultural product quality safety evaluation system.(2)Because of the different attributes of agricultural products,unified evaluation can not be carried out.Firstly,cluster analysis method is used to classify agricultural products according to the difference of evaluation indexes,then select one of them for evaluation and research.The weight of agricultural product quality safety evaluation index is calculated and graded by AHP.First of all,it introduces the analytic hierarchy process in detail,and calculates the weight of each index by MATLAB software,and calculates the score of the cultivating enterprise,and divides it into the training sample and the test sample.(3)In order to meet the demands of quality and safety evaluation of planting agricultural products,BP neural network algorithm is chosen.Because BP neural network tends to fall into the local minimum,genetic algorithm is combined with BP neural network to optimize BP network weight and genetic algorithm.Threshold,and improve the system's global search capabilities.(4)According to the quality and safety evaluation requirements of agricultural products,the quality and safety evaluation system of planting agricultural products was designed and developed,and the application of BP network in quality safety evaluation of agricultural products is realized.
