Starting with the creation of UGC,this research introduces the idea of statistical process control(SPC)and establishing the real-time monitoring framework of UGC based on the SPC.Therefore, this research monitors UGC real-timely,discovering and dealing with the drawbacks of UGC timely which can guarantee the balance of UGC and increase the utilization rate of UGC.There are 6 parts in this research: the first chapter is introduction, mainly presenting the background and meaning of the research, international current situation about the UGC control.Meanwhile, the thoughts, difficulties and creative thinking are also included in this part. The second part is about UGC and its current situation.Beginning with the conception and manifestation of UGC,based on the perspective of content and user, this research discusses the current situation of UGC.The third chapter makes a brief introduction about SPC and its feasibility of application to the control of UGC.Based on the fundamental theory and application situation of SPC,the research analyses its feasibility of application to the control of UGC.The fourth chapter establishes the characteristic dimension of high-quality UGC.This part summarizes the principle of the characteristic dimension of high-quality UGC and establishes the characteristic dimension of high-quality UGC by analyzing the current international evaluation standard and problems of UGC.The fifth chapter mainly designs and tests the real-time monitoring framework of UGC based on the SPC,creating the real-time control framework of data collection layer, data storage layer and quality monitoring layer. Then, this part tests the availability of this framework following the sequence of data collection phase, data processing phase and content monitoring phase. The final part is conclusion and expectation.
