A Research On Quality Control Of UGC Short Video Content

With the continuous development of terminal technology in the intelligent era,the era of short video has come,and the boundary of transmission in the traditional sense is gradually blurred.Based on this background,UGC(user-generated content),a content form with the audience as the creator in the traditional sense,has emerged along with the trend.Combined with short video,the video type with the highest popularity in the past two years,UGC has become one of the symbols of information communication in the new era and also brings new opportunities to the short video industry.However,due to the nature of UGC(user-generated content)producers,it is a low barrier to entry for video production,and there is a high probability that video quality will be uneven.If there is not a set of systematic quality control standards,on the one hand,it will reduce the professionalism,authority and experience of all short video platforms;On the other hand,the quality of the current content of the market is also very unfavorable.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the quality control problem for the head platform of long video,such as Tencent Video,which is compatible to the new short video mode in order to comply with the content consumption trend,or the middle waist platform of short video.However,the current academic research on the content quality control of UGC short video is still scarce.Firstly,this paper takes the short video of Tencent Video as an example,and grasps the current situation of the content quality of UGC short video and the factors that affect the touch points of the triggered media by the audience through sampling survey,so as to infer a set of evaluation indexes for the content quality of UGC short video.Secondly,from the Angle of view of the short video users,by the methods of questionnaire,the investigation and the user of the above content the index view of the importance of the quality evaluation,the evaluation of the content quality control index for posterior,in order to provide a set of relative to the UGC short video platform has the value of quality evaluation index and the content of the strategy.
