With the continuous development of mobile networks and mobile terminals, operators can provide various services for users, such as data and multimedia services, more and more emphasis on the user experience. Quality of Experience (QoE) has become the measure of final quality video communications system and the most credible evaluation criteria. To determine the impact and the combined effects of the formation mechanism of various types of mobile devices in real-time video communication factors experience, we need to analyze the impact factors on the quality of user experience, such as the mobile video communication source and channel distortion and temporal-spatial distribution characteristics. Whereas the video fluency is one of the most important factors that influence the quality of the user experience. And the freeze-frame distortion is the primary factor affecting the video fluency. Therefore, this article will describe the mechanism of quantitative by researching for mobile terminals freeze-frame distortion and other factors, so as to establish a true reflection of the quality of the user experience based on video freeze-frame distortion evaluation model.This article mainly studies the following aspects:1) Firstly, freeze frames for mobile terminals carried out a detailed study of distortion. And then subjective test is designed by changing the parameters of freeze frame. And the traditional subjective experiment method has been improved.2) Analysis of the experimental data obtained subjective statistical, user experience video quality assessment model for mobile terminals based on freeze-frame distortion is constructed.3) Established database based on freeze-frame video distortion for mobile terminals under real-time conditions, the video database contains 72 videos that have 12 kinds of freeze-frame type of distortion and six video clips. Verify user experience evaluation model to assess the quality of validity and accuracy in the video library, it shows that the proposed model can truly reflect the people’s real experience the videos based on freeze-frame distortion.
