In recent years,with the emergence and development of industry 4.0,"intelligent manufacturing" began to appear frequently in people's daily life.The development and popularization of intelligent manufacturing made the traditional manufacturing industry gradually transform to intelligent manufacturing.And a large amount of manpower and material resources are required to be put into the research and development of the intelligent equipment.Therefore,the development of high-tech enterprises has promoted the progress and development of national science and technology to a certain extent.In our country,the research on enterprise employee performance management starts late.In the process of introducing foreign performance management system,enterprises need to use the foreign performance management system for reference according to the actual situation of our country.At the same time,through further innovation and exploration,set up a set of performance management system suitable for the national conditions of our country,which requires the cooperation of our scholars and enterprises to study a set of performance management system in line with the actual situation of our country.In the present case,most of our companies still adopt the traditional management method in the process of performance management,but the effect is not very significant.From this point of view,it is urgent to study a set of performance management system which is suitable for the majority of the enterprises in our country.In this paper,the relevant contents of performance management are described in this paper,and the advantages and disadvantages of various performance appraisal methods are analyzed in combination with the relevant reference materials at home and abroad,and a certain theoretical foundation is laid for the following research.Taking Shenzhen Lianhui Technology Co.,Ltd as the research object,combining with the current situation of development and operation of Shenzhen Lianhui Technology Co.,Ltd,this paper briefly expounds the nature,composition and performance management methods of Shenzhen Lianhui Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of the staff,the nature of work and the organizational form of the company,the paper further analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the performance management of the company.Finally,combined with the relevant data collected from the questionnaire issued in the company and the actual situation of the development of the company,combined with the balanced scorecard method,a set of staff performance management system suitable for Shenzhen Lianhui Technology Co.,Ltd is designed,which is suitable for Shenzhen Lianhui Technology Co.,Ltd.In order to improve the staff performance management efficiency of Shenzhen Lianhui Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.,provide a certain reference and reference,and then lay a certain foundation for the realization of the company's business purpose.
