In this paper, all researches were based on the project of double motors driven servo system. Firstly the whole design of servo system was given, then the system models were established based on the linear and nonlinear elements, including backlash and dead zone.Furthermore, the control strategies of double motor driven were studied, the feedback mode of speed difference based on fuzzy PI was designed, and the fuzzy PI can get better control than PI by simulation.The effects of backlash and dead zone individual to the servo system were studied, then different compensation control strategies were applied to the servo system and can weaken the effects of them to the servo system, to some extent, by simulation.In the end, firstly analysing the general PID arithmetic, then a kind of intelligence PID controller is used and the results showed that the system can realize the position control with high performance.
