At present,the performance level of domestic PDM software is continuously improving,but there is still a significant gap in architecture,information model and performance compared with foreign countries.In this paper,the reducer is studied through the product data management system to improve the design efficiency and accuracy of design and manufacture,shorten the time to market,optimize the design and meet the application requirements.According to the actual situation of the enterprise,the data model and solution for product data management of enterprise speed reducer are studied.Design the product structure and configuration management in PDM for reducer,establish PDM database system,and finally realize the system of product structure and configuration management.The main research is the two functional modules of product structure and configuration in product data.Based on FF97A series reducer,the structure analysis is carried out and a new configuration management mode is established.At the same time,the function of the product structure management of the speed reducer,the product configuration structure view and the target to be realized are analyzed.Starting with FF97A,the configuration rules and configuration models are studied.Firstly,the structure of reducer is analyzed.The relationship between parts and components is established to form hierarchical relationships,and the basic attributes and component hierarchical relationships are managed.According to the configuration principle,design the configuration rule of reducer.Taking the product structure configuration of FF97A series reducer as an example,the selection rules of main components are installed,and various configuration selection tables are constructed based on this example.Through the above configuration rules,templates and template configuration schemes are established,and the application of this model in configuration design is specifically analyzed.Code description of reducer and parts.Taking FF97A reducer series products as an example,the product structure data is accessed through the combination of "figure number analysis" and"parent-child node search".This paper analyzes the advantages of SQL Server's management system and regards it as the service foundation.The product information is collected through the given product information table,and the method of collecting part information by the product parts table is given.The collection of basic data of database product information and part information is completed.Finally,the analysis of database management structure and the analysis of usage requirements are carried out.Establish a set of database suitable for the product structure and configuration requirements of reducer.Example analysis realizes product structure and configuration management,product management and product management interface after PDM system logs in.To create a product structure tree,its basic components include product structure diagrams and related detailed lists.In this configuration,information can be added,modified and deleted.Configure nodes for attribute management,configuration rules and priority management.The process of product configuration is to give practical meaning to each node in the product structure tree and generate the configuration tree according to the basic needs of users.BOM management and BOM output are implemented in PDM system.This system realizes the management of product level relations,the unified management of files and products,the creation and expansion of product structure trees,the browsing of assemblies and corresponding parts and the extraction of assembly information,the realization of product configuration rules,the management of product configuration priorities,the management and output of BOM information,etc.To sum up,the user can input triggering configuration rules in the application process of this model,and the system will form specific products based on the configuration rules.Combining graph number analysis method with parent-child node search method to automatically generate product structure tree has research and application value.Reducer series products adopt rule-based and structure-based product configuration methods to properly configure the structure.It has important application value for the structural configuration of mechanical products,and can provide reference for the development of other related mechanical product structures and configuration management systems.Effectively manage product data,improve the accuracy and consistency of design and manufacturing,speed up the time to market of products,and realize scientific management.
