With the rapid development of the third-generation of AMOLED display technology,the display market has demands for flexibility and foldable design.Consequently,more urgent needs for ultrathin,low-cost,high-performance and foldable touch panel is imminent.With the advantages of high-transmission,low-resistance,anti-bending and non-breakable in silver nanowires(AgNW),it has been widely used in flexible touch panel as conductive layer.But it also meets numerous technical problems,such as its sensitivity to water and oxygen and how to improve the adhesion of AgNW during fabrication which is the key to success.This project will conduct in-depth study on how the device-structure,process and material affect the performance of conductive layer during fabrication.We mainly slaughters the better flexibility AgNW into a flexible substrate by slit coating.By applying AgNW to a flexible substrate by slit coating,this paper mainly elaborates the technical process problem and solution during the preparation process of conductive film.By analyzing the Photo electricity property,flexibility performance and stability of conductive film through experiments,characterization and making contrast,it is testified that the comprehensive performance of touch panel with AgNW can meet requirements for mass production producible.
