As a man-machine interactive device, touch screen gets more and more attention in the industry, consumer electronics, interactive multimedia and other areas. Now the core components of the mainstream capacitive touch screen are consist of the glass substrate and coated on both sides of the transparent ITO (Indium Tin Oxides, indium tin oxide). The "Hard" touch screen of this structure is widely used in smart phones, tablet PCs,but in the field of large-size and flexible display there are a lot of limitations.The first reason is due to the existing touch technology is limited to their own complex manufacturing processes and high material costs; secondly, Traditional ITO material effect on the curved touch screen is worse than in the plane of the touch effect; and with the touch defects in the control panel large size of the trend, ITO film of conductivity and light transmittance, etc., can not adapt to future changes in market demand.Firstly, For the current limitations of capacitive touch screen about ITO film material, Based on in-depth study of the ITO capacitive touch screen technology, proposed by the nano-conductive silver and PET (Polyester Film) film to replace ITO capacitive touch screen structure ITO glass substrate and the coating; the capacitor film five-layer structure is designed to solve the problem of the cost of making the film and the capacitive touch large size, and the new touch screen with the "soft" features.Secondly, inductive and capacitive detection principle capacitive touch screens are introduced, and the structural characteristics of the transmission capacitive touchscreen made a thorough study was designed to detect capacitive touch film scanning system, the extraction touch membrane touch points, coordinate calibration algorithm has been improved.Finally, in order to verify the effectiveness of the program, the performance of the touch-touch system was verified, the test results show that this design based on nano silver print capacitive touch film can achieve conventional touch click, double click, and writing, etc. control operation, with application value.
