Recent years, in pace of the strongly launching of iphone series, the projected capacitive touch-screen has became the standard and the most important input tool of the consumer electronics such as mobile phones or tablets, the human-computer interacting technology of capacitive touch screen also developed greatly, and the high requests has been made for the projected capacitive touch-screen especially in aspects of thickness, size, sensitivity and sturdiness. The compact structure which merge the touch se nsor and the glass lens together can meet above requirements mostly, and ha s become a research hotspot of the new type projected capacitive touch-screen.Base on the comparison of kinds of transparent conductive thin films, and aimed at the application in the big size projected capacitive touch-screen, the notch-filled-nano- material conductive film with high conductivity and transparency were made on the surface of glass panel. In the experiences, the micro notch meshes were made on the glass panel by the methods of etching, stamping and lithography, and the silver paste with the optimum mixture ratio of the nano/micro silver particles was filled into these meshes to made it became the conductive meshes. The result showed that, the methods of lithography can created the micro notch on the surface of the glass effectively, and the optimum mixture ratio of the nano/micro silver particles filled in the micro notch meshes can form the conductive meshes with high transparency and conductivity. In addition, the light-absorbing layer and planarization layer were also added to the conductive meshes, the two-layer structure of the conductive meshes was also made, and the tilt and disorderl design were also employed to eliminate the Moore-stripes, which would made this kind of conductive film more easy to use in the compact structure of the projected capacitive touch-screen.For improving the sturdiness of compact structure of the projected capacitive touch-screen, the methods of edge strengthening of the compact structure touch screen were studied. With the anti-acid protecting films attached to the both face, the touch screens were soaked into the non- hydrofluoride solution to get edge polished, and the 4PB bend test were made to evaluate its sturdiness. The results showed that, this method not only improved the strengthening of the edge, but also avoided the broken of circuits, and can improved the sturdiness of the touch screen effectively.Finally, base on above strengthening methods and the new manufacturing technology of the conductive mesh, the touch screen of the compact structure were made, which no only had good sensitivity and sturdiness, but also showed the transmittance higher than 91.8% and the reflectance low than 5.5%, and the reflectance of electrodes is invisible, giving a good readability of outdoor environment.
